Jennifer is qualified and practiced as a learning professional, operated in project roles within commercial functions, managed global training teams and latterly lead teams in learning and change management. She is skilled in connecting with clients from a position of real insight and understanding.
Jennifer originally comes from the United States but has lived and worked in the UK for 17 years. She understands people need the space and time to effect change. She uses an intuitive sense of what is needed by gathering the facts to uncover the true heart of the issues. Jennifer works with the knowledge that human beings are multi-faceted by nature, so achieves lasting change with clients by taking a holistic approach and working with the whole person or organizational system.
Jennifer is a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Associate with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), is a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning (CALC), and has a Masters of Science in Education, Learning and Development of Adults, is certified with the British Psychological Society and is qualified to deliver several diagnostics including Conversational Tool Diagnostic, MBTI, 16PFi, Wave Personal Styles and Wave 360 degree feedback.
